I, like many of you reading this, have a lifelong love of trees - in fact, of all of nature - from the tiniest insect or blade of grass to the imposing bulk of a mountain range. I deeply believe that if we are to step back from the environmental precipice and mental and physical health crises we are facing right now we need to connect with, honour, and respect our elder brothers and sisters of the natural world. To embrace them as equals and as teachers, not as something without spirit or wisdom, to be used and discarded.
I have engaged for many years in ceremony and communion with nature, including recent training in Ecotherapy. I have also trained in feminine shamanic wisdom with Celestial Forest Institute to become a High Priestess of the New Earth. So - Goddesses PLUS trees? I cannot say no this this opportunity.
For years I have felt a deep desire to connect with Goddess wisdom (hence all the training to explore and expand this part of my nature) but I have been afraid to share this with most people, for fear of being considered weird. Well, NO MORE! I am stepping forward into my community to lead this ceremony on 2 November. I would love you to join me.
