A one on one EFT consultation works with aspects of the issue that you have brought to be dealt with, whether it be wanting to improve in an area of your life, to be the best you can be, alleviate a physical discomfort or allergy-like reaction, or to deal with negative emotions or a difficult life situation. 


With an attitude of curiosity we gently explore your issue, tapping on aspects that are troublesome or holding you back.  The first part of tapping is to acknowledge that you have the problem and to accept yourself anyway - after all, you are doing the best that you can.

Next we tap through acupoints on your face and upper torso while keeping your attention on the feeling, thought, sensation, memory etc.  Normally the feeling will change in some way - usually becoming less intense.  We acknowledge and accept any changes and adjust the focus of our tapping to work with what comes up.

If you have a goal you want to achieve, the process of tapping to remove blocks goes hand in hand with drawing towards you the life you desire.  Tapping with visualisation and calling on what makes you feel good is a powerful tool, especially when coupled with an attitude of gratitude as if you have already achieved your goal.

For new clients I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. The first session will be to understand the scope of what you want to work on, to introduce EFT concepts, and to determine if we are a good fit to work together. If I feel I am unable to give you the best service I will endeavour to refer you to someone who can.
