“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”
Gary Craig, EFT Founder
Are you tired of being held back by physical pain, restriction, phobias, anxiety, depression?

Do you want to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life?

Do you long to be more creative, more resourceful, to lose weight, or to improve your performance?

Is there an animal with a behavioural or health issue that you are concerned about and want to help?
EFT can help in a wide variety of areas, such as:
Stress, depression, phobias, addictions, cravings, negative emotions (eg anxiety, self-doubt, fear, anger), pain, health and physical issues, allergies/sensitivities.

Developing positive feelings and behaviours, such as performance optimisation, or building self-confidence.
EFT has helped me reduce my own physical discomfort, improved my tennis performance and brought me a sense of greater inner peace. I have helped my clients cope with difficult relationships, events and emotions, curb food cravings, reduce physical pain and allergic reactions, and feel more relaxed and calm. I find it so rewarding that such a simple technique applied with compassion, mindfulness and curiosity can have such profound beneficial effects. This is why I am passionate about making it available to my community, and about extending my knowledge and skills in related fields.
About EFT
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, works to rewire the brain to bring body and mind back into balance. It does this by combining elements of Chinese meridian therapy, mindfulness, modern psychology and applied kinesiology to help free us from troubling thoughts and emotions.

EFT was developed in the mid 1990s by Stanford University graduate Gary Craig. It is a simplification of Thought Field Therapy, as developed by Dr Roger Callahan in the 1970's.
EFT is like emotional acupuncture without the needles
In EFT we stimulate meridian points with our fingertips while focusing on a thought, emotion, image or sensation. This helps to calm us and to release energy blockages associated with negative emotions. Properly applied, EFT has been shown to be at least as effective as conventional psychology therapies. Eight clinical studies over recent years covering conditions including agoraphobia, depression/anxiety, food cravings, generalized anxiety disorder, test-taking anxiety, and trauma following gender violence have found energy psychology (which includes EFT) to be at least as effective as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and to exceed CBT in some measures, particularly in speed.
But people don’t use EFT only to deal with problems – it is also a very useful tool for helping to remove blocks to advancing your success or performance, and to anchor in the positive results you are seeking. For example a 2012 study of ladies’ soccer players showed a significant improvement in goal scoring ability from a dead ball situation following a short EFT session.
